Senior Sundays - Keirston K.
Senior Sundays continue here at Debbie Larson Photography!
OK, this past week it has been THE COLDEST ever here in SW Iowa. Like, EVER!! -40 degree with the windchill. I am so over winter... So, when I went through all my Seniors I decided I just had to put this session up for Senior Sunday.
We did these sessions in June and then the sports pictures in August. They look so so warm and lovely that I could look at them all day! I have done so many senior session since then that it was fun to look back and remember Keirston. She had all her outfits ready and she and her mom had some great ideas. Lots of laughs and some great smiles. You did great Keirston!

We started our evening together getting some shots in town. I think one of the best ways to shoot is to not have a huge plan. I like to just go with the flow and that's just what we did! Up and down alleys and around buildings. I think we found some great places!
After our little urban adventure, we headed out on the edge of town to a walking trail. Perfect lighting and I love how her red outfit really pops with the greenery. OH! And a cute little caboose was there as well. How could we not try that out too?
This girl is a total rock star athlete! I have heard her name many times over the years and she continues to shine her Senior year. Good job, Keirston!
I swear, how do these kids do it all? Way to work hard and go after it!
We ended our evening in the country near her grandfather's farm. The evening sun paired with our Iowa humidity brought out some gorgeous buttery lighting. I tried a matte effect with a couple, I think it goes well with the soft light.
I'm absolutely in love with that last picture. This was one shot her mom wanted to make sure we captured. She is overlooking part the family farm. Perfectly simple and so meaningful. Love it!
