This is an informational page only. The information below will help you decide if I am the right photographer for you and if you will be available during the days and times that I do senior sessions.

My style of photography:

I absolutely love doing senior pictures!  Meeting these kids and getting to bring out their best in pictures has become a love of mine.  In each session I try to get their personality plus bring in some high end posing and style. 

• I do a lot of farm/country/animal related sessions and that is my lifestyle as well so I am very comfortable with that.

• I have had many sessions full of the latest fashions and edgy styling which I also adore. 

• I have advanced experience with lighting techniques to get those epic sports shots for you.

• Don't forget those sunset shots...pretty much my goal for every session!

Where do sessions take place?:

I live south of Clearfield on a farm with many possibilities for photo spots.  This is always an option for you.  However, most want to have their sessions in their hometown and/or at their school.  I almost always go to where the senior picks out.  I will travel to my surrounding towns with NO travel fee.  Thisincludes - Lenox, Mt. Ayr, Diagonal, Creston, Afton, Corning, Bedford, New Market, Clarinda, Maryville and of course the little towns in between.   If you live outside of this radius I will charge an appropriate travel fee.  

I do not do sessions in any cities.  I am not familiar enough with the good photo spots to be able to offer this to anyone.  

Days and times available:

I only do senior shoots during the week, Tuesday-Thursday.  The best pictures are done in soft lighting so evenings are the only time I will schedule my sessions.  Sessions are 2 hrs at a time and will be started 2-2.5 hours before sunset on that day.  Occasionally I will do a morning session if we had to reschedule due to weather or other unforeseeable conflicts.

Limited spots available:

I only take 25 seniors spots between June and October.  November will be reserved for weather related reschedules.  If I see that November is looking to have good weather and I have room for more I will put out an advertisement for more sessions at that time.  

Things To Keep in Mind When Requesting a Date.

Permissions:

Most often it is a parent that will be filling out the booking form. If you are a Junior filling the form out for yourself I will still need to have parent/guardian contact info.  Please also clear this with them before you commit to any date.  

Sports:

If you have a sports practice please keep start time in mind.  During the months when the sun starts to set before 7:30 you will either need to be able to leave practice early or find a day when you do not have practice.  

If you schedule a session and then find out you have a game please let me know asap.  I know that not all games/meets are on your school calendar yet so if this happens I will try my best to reschedule you.  However,  please DO NOT message me the week/days before to tell me you forgot there is a game.  You will not be rescheduled for a new date.  

Rescheduling:  

There is always going to be things pop up that you can't control. Please don't worry too much about this.   Weather, illness, family emergencies ect.  I will absolutely try my best to reschedule you within a few days/weeks of your original day.   I am also leaving November open for reschedules and extra sessions.
